If your order, including food items or coffee beans, arrives damaged, notify us within 5 business days by emailing [email protected] with details of the damage, your order number, and clear images of the affected items. It is important to report any packaging tampering or quality concerns about food products or coffee beans as soon as possible. Claims made after this timeframe will not be considered, and we reserve the right to request further information to validate the claim.

9.0 Incorrect or Non-Delivery

If you receive an incorrect item or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at [email protected] within 7 business days. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

10.0 Return of Goods

Old Green Bean does not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors. However, exchanges for incorrect faulty items may be approved on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and still in original packaging.
  • You notify us of your intent to return the product by emailing [email protected].

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Old Green Bean does not accept unsolicited returns.

11.0 Warranty / Faulty Goods
