We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team at Old Green Bean. This casual role is perfect for someone with a bubbly personality who loves working in a fast-paced café environment.
You’ll be the face of our café—greeting customers, taking orders, running food and drinks, and helping to create the warm, welcoming vibe we’re known for. Prior hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential if you’re willing to learn and bring a great attitude.

Casual Roaster
Old Green Bean is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented casual coffee roaster to join our small-batch roasting operation. If you’re a coffee lover with a curious mind, a great palate, and an appreciation for the craft, this could be the perfect role for you.
We roast on-site and pride ourselves on consistency, quality, and a hands-on approach. You’ll work closely with our head roaster and cafe team to help develop, produce, and maintain our signature profiles.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with roasting (preferred) or strong interest and willingness to learn
Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Comfortable working with roasting equipment and manual processes
Strong understanding of coffee flavour, cupping, and quality control
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
